The following terms of use apply to anyone using the AmateurIllustrator.com web site regardless weather or not they are a member of AmateurIllustrator.com or not.

- You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs under your user name.

- You are responsible for keeping your password a secret.

- You must not be offensive-towards, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other AmateurIllustrator.com users.

- You may not use the AmateurIllustrator.com website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, illustrations, artwork, photos, links (Content) that you upload, post, and display on the AmateurIllustrator.com website.

- You must not transmit any worms or viruses.

- You must not send unwanted email to any AmateurIllustrator.com members (Spam).

- You must not, in the use of AmateurIllustrator.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of your AmateurIllustrator.com account.

Intellectual Property / Copyright

Users who upload their own work to AmateurIllustrator.com keep all rights to their work, they are simply choosing to display and host their work on AmateurIllustrator.com and AmateurIllustrator.com has no rights whatsoever over its users work. However when you upload images to AmateurIllustrator.com you agree that your work may be awarded the 'Editors choice award' (also called 'Pick of the Week', 'Editors pick of the week' and 'Illustration of the week') and therefore be displayed on our homepage for a solid week and permanently in the subsequent article without first notifying you. If for any reason you wish to have your image/s removed from an editors choice article then email admin@amateurillustrator.com and we will remove your image/s from the article in question.

Please respect other people's intellectual property. Amateur Illustrator may and will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe copyright laws.

If you think that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement (on the amateurillustrator.com web site only) please email admin@amateurillustrator.com providing details of the infringement along with a link to the offending illustration, artwork, text, etc.

The Amateur Illustrator team will do everything in its power to resolve issues of copyright infringement as quickly as possible although we take no responsibility for the actions of our members. If our members use the AmateurIllustrator.com service to infringe copyright laws Amateur Illustrator is not responsible or liable.
